4. Project Initiation & Payments

  • A 50% advance is typically required to initiate any project

  • The remaining amount is payable upon project completion or before final delivery

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile banking, or other agreed channels

  • Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary data, content, and credentials on time

  • Respond to feedback or revision requests promptly

  • Avoid any illegal or harmful use of delivered services or content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final digital assets and source code (unless stated otherwise)

  • FLEXPATH retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes unless restricted by NDA

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and communications as confidential. We do not disclose any client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Revisions and Changes

  • Basic revisions are usually included in the original scope

  • Significant changes outside the initial scope may incur additional charges

  • Timelines may be extended if major changes are introduced mid-project

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing

  • If cancelled by the client mid-project, a fee may apply based on the work completed

10. Limitation of Liability

FLEXPATH will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Downtime caused by third-party hosting or software platforms

  • Delays due to force majeure or client-side issues

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
