1. General Policy

As a provider of digital and customized IT services, we follow a strict no refund policy once the service has been delivered or development work has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • Project cancellation before development starts (minus administrative fees)

  • Inability to deliver the agreed-upon scope due to internal limitations

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has started

  • Delays due to lack of client communication or feedback

  • Third-party hosting issues or domain-related problems

  • Services rendered as per the agreement or delivered in full

  • Scope or feature disputes after project approval


4. Refund Process

If eligible:

  • A formal refund request must be submitted to flexpath704@gmail.com

  • Our team will review the request within 7 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method


5. Custom Projects

All custom software or website development projects are non-refundable after the design and development work has begun, due to the resources allocated and time invested.


6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Notify us in writing

  • A cancellation fee may apply depending on the work already completed

  • Any applicable refund will be calculated based on unused work hours and unrendered services


7. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we aim to resolve issues amicably. If needed, matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Lahore, Punjab, according to Pakistani law.
